You can use these tickets to fund personal trainings and specific coaching or services not covered by the free support scope. For instance when you need support to repair the database or to export your data.
Ideal for trainings tailored to your own needs and questions, delivered by the module's developer, by phone and screen sharing, using the module directly on your site.
Duration : one hour max. You define the agenda according to what you already learn or otherwise did not understand. Volume discount (2h:-5% 3H:-7% etc...till -15%).

Sitolog offers free training in video format ( self training). They are sufficient in most cases, but sometimes , you may need to complete it by a customized training, issued by the developer of the module itself, to acquire a certain ease and be immediately operational.

Note that for some addons as Merlin Backoffice, AutoPresta and other addons with a large scope of use, one hour of training is by far not enough to cover all the functions. We then talk about introduction training or training focused on a specific point at your leisure.

It is of course possible to take several tickets to arrange a longer training . The hourly prices then being largely declining.
The training is individual, by phone, using a screen sharing tool (TeamViewer is already included in Merlin).

Can also be used for assistance on topics broader than the classical usage of the addon and not covered by the free support. For instance to be guided on repairing your database or generating products combinations.
