PrestaOrdersConnect: Prestashop module for PrestaOrders mobile application

PrestaOrders arose from the need often expressed by users of PrestaPricing, looking for an easy way to handle bulk orders.

Although the latest versions of PrestaShop allows now to change the status of several orders at once, it still lacks a true nomad and agile tool.

PrestaOrders thus fills this need, providing to the mobile Prestashop e-commerce administrator, various views of its sales activities and very usefull administrative tools.

PrestaOrders is available free of charge on Google Play (for Android smartphone and tablets) and on the App Store (for iPhone and iPad). It allows you to test it at no risk on a demo site.

However, without this PrestaOrdersConnect module, PrestaOrders is running in demo mode only, allowing exclusively to connect to a demonstration site provided by Sitolog.

 

Main features of PrestaOrders:

• Multi-site and multi shops.
• Secure (16-bit data encryption).
• Compatible with all versions (not beta) of Prestashop since version 1.2.
• Displays the number of orders and revenue by type of status. Can filter on the orders made the same day and the types of status ...
• Detailed List of orders by status.
• Display sales volume per year, month, day.
• Detailled list of orders by year, month, day.
• Advanced search tool, by keywords in any field, date, status, combined conditions, etc...
• Orders mass update: Change status, get PDF invoices and delivery split.
• View details of any order: detailed products list, customer information, addresses, messages, private note, delivery info,...
• See next / previous order (present in of search result).
• Access to the customer history (list of products purchased, all orders combined).
• Flag products (eg for pointing products during the preparation of packages).
• Mass management of virtual products (renewal, extension or prohibition of access). Function not available in Prestashop. Alone is worth double the price of this module.
• Sending a new Prestashop message (e-mail) to the customer (also visible from the Prestashop BO), private or not.
• Sending an e-mail to the customer (using the mobile email application, without going through the messages system of Prestashop).
• One click access to the mobile GPS navigation system, with the address of the client or delivery passed as parameter.
• Auto-Dialing of fix or mobile phones numbers (invoice or delivery addresses).
• Auto-Composition of SMS.
• Change of the status of an order (is running PrestaShop's hooks).
• Audible and visual-Notification (even if the application is idle) when a new order is placed on the  connected shops (available on Android version only - coming next on iOS).
• Main fields can be edited: Private note, phone numbers, e-mail, company name.

• The purchase of this software gives the right to a single license of use, nominative (the buyer). The license is multi-station (only one license is sufficient to use the software on several mobiles or tablets of the same user).
• However, you must buy as many licenses as users.
• The license is not multi sites. You must acquire as many licenses as PrestaShop in which you want to install this module.
• On the other hand only one license is sufficient by PrestaShop configured in multi-shops mode.
• If you are a developer of sites for customers, you must purchase one license for each of them, in case you plan to distribute this application with your products or services.
• For high volumes of users or PCs, please contact us for a quotation.
