Frequent question from our customers: "Why should I re-enter the serial number at each launch of the application"

The serial number is normaly saved in the Windows registry and you should have to enter it only once for ever. Looks like your do not have the proprer user rights. Please launch the application with an "administrator" profile or ask your administrator to give you additional rights.
